⭐ Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs Local Time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.

⭐ All the above rates are Nett Payable & Non-Commissionable

⭐ Bookings will be confirmed as per the payment policy.

⭐ The itinerary is just indicative and might change due to unforeseen situations.

⭐ The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.

⭐ Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.

⭐ If the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.

⭐ Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from departure.

⭐ Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa conditions of the country of travel.

⭐ We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue; a cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms.

Visa Policy:

⭐It is the sole responsibility of the Immigration Authority whether to reject or approve an applicant's visa. The visa application Fee is non-refundable whether it is approved or rejected.

⭐It is the sole responsibility of the applicant/visitor strictly not to overstay in the country. Otherwise, any negligence and all fines will have to be paid by the applicant or sponsor/guarantor of the applicant. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the “Guarantor” to cover any expenses and fines incurred.

⭐Passenger/ Guarantor will shoulder all deportation expenses.

⭐An applicant with immediate family members in UAE will only be permitted for sponsorship and visa applications.

Visa Documents Requirements

⭐A copy of each visitor's passport's first and last pages

⭐Each visitor's passport-size photograph, taken against a white background.

⭐Each visitor's passport should have a minimum validity of 6 months.

⭐Birth Certificate translate into English for the minor below 18 years.

⭐Previous visa copy (applicable for existing visa tourists or change holders)

Cancellation Policy:

⭐ If cancelled within 55 - 40 days 25% of the tour price will be forfeited.

⭐ If cancelled within 35 – 20 days 50% of the tour price will be forfeited

⭐ If cancelled within 20 to 10 days 75% of the tour price will be forfeited

⭐ If cancelled less than 5 days or no show 100% charges will be applicable

⭐ Any unused Services or Tours is non-refundable.
