Requirements

Requirements:

1. Print the Online Appointment Letter and application form to bring to your interview.

2. Passport

✅ Validity minimum three months from the date of expiry of the requested visa.

✅ At least two free “visa pages”

✅ Undamaged pictures securely affixed with/to passport

✅  Previous passport if applicable.

3. Two recent biometric passport sized photographs (3.5 x 4.5 cm) Requirements:

✅ NEW! Should NOT be older than 6 months.

✅ A frontal view of the face covering 70-80% (32-26mm) of the photo.

✅ A uniform and white background.

✅ Clear facial features and eyes – not covered by hair or glasses frame.

✅ Head coverings are only accepted for religious reasons.

4. Photocopies

✅ 1 passport copy of pages containing personal data

✅ 1 copy of the signature page (signed by passport holder

✅ 1 copy of UAE residence permit / visa

✅ Copies of previous Schengen visa

✅ For GCC Nationals - Copy of valid Emirates ID or National ID card and Copy of online appointment letter.

5. Letter from local employer / sponsor (NOL) including name, postal address and telephone number of sponsor/company , with details regarding applicant’s working position, starting date of employment and salary and timeframe of work leave (expected date to resume duties) and purpose of travel.

If applicant is company owner:                                                                   

✅ No objection certificate in the company letter head mentioning position, exact purpose, travel dates, guarantee the applicant will return to UAE and financial undertaking with original (wet) signed and stamped. (It has to be addressed to Embassy of Türkiye in Abu Dhabi or Turkish Consulate General in Dubai.)

✅ The company’s certificate of establishment and registration, the company’s valid trade license.

✅ Company’s bank account statement showing the transactions for the updated 3 months, must be original (wet) stamped. Important Note: Online bank statement is not acceptable.

✅ In case of dependents- copy of sponsor’s valid passport and UAE residence visa to be attached to letter from sponsor.

6. Personal bank account statement for the updated 3 months, must be original (wet) stamped. Last transaction should not be older than 10 days. Please note that it is a must to submit your bank account with a sufficient amount for your travel. 

Important Note: 

✅ Online bank statement is not acceptable. Salary bank statement is mandatory. If you wish, you may submit personal (saving) account only as a supportive document.

✅ Proof of Accommodation in UAE: If any tenancy contract or title deed.

✅ If it is shared accommodation, a letter indicating the situation.

✅ If any, bank account summaries of a bank in Türkiye or documents related to the properties in Türkiye.

7. Travel Itinerary including

✅ Flight Reservation

✅ Valid (existing) hotel / accommodation booking / reservation with full address (name, street, city, zip code, contact information, booking ref.) 

8.If the applicant is under 18:

✅ No objection letter from both parents

✅ An identity document or birth certificate

✅ Passport and UAE reisdence permit visa copies of both parents

✅ Divorce decision which shows the child custody if the parents are divorced

✅ Death certificated of the parent if one parent is dead

✅ Consent Letter if one of the parents is not travelling with the child

✅ Notarized NOC if either of the parent is outside the country

9. Invitation letter from the company (Business).

10. The applicant has to personally visit the Application centre  with a prior appointment for submission of documents and registering the finger prints.
